THANK YOU SO MUCH

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for joining us at the inaugural Singapore Primary Care Conference 2023. With your participation and support, this conference was a resounding success!
We sincerely thank the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) and the three polyclinic clusters, National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP), National University Polyclinics (NUP), and SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP), for their close collaboration in making this event possible.
We would like to express our deepest appreciation to the local and international experts who shared their expertise with us on care models of the future, innovation and technology in primary care, and the latest clinical updates on common conditions in the primary care setting. This led to enriching discussions and will help strengthen the primary care landscape in Singapore.
We would like to thank all attendees for your participation, enthusiasm, and dedication to primary care. We hope that the conference has provided you with the opportunity to catch up with old friends, develop new friendships and networks, and celebrate the achievements of our primary care colleagues. We trust that the knowledge and insights gained from the conference will be valuable in your practice and contribute to the betterment of primary care.
Finally, we would like to congratulate all the winners of the Singapore Primary Care Conference 2023 Research Competition. Your dedication and hard work in advancing the field of primary care research have been truly inspiring.
