Dr Ng Lok Pui is a Family Physician at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP). She is currently the Director of Regional Clinical Services (East). Dr Ng has a keen interest in preventive health and has led various initiatives for both staff and patients, with the intent to empower them to take charge of their health. These initiatives include SHP staff health screening program, SHP staff vaccination program, and smoking cessation program.

With the national planning of Healthier SG underway, Dr Ng is also leading a team in reviewing the team-based care structure at SHP, with the intent to deliver holistic care to patients leveraging on the strong relationship and rapport between the provider and patients. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was involved in coordinating COVID-19-related clinical operations, vaccinations for staff and patients, and implementation of rostered routine testing for staff.
