SPONSORSHIP PROSPECTUS

Introduction and welcome

The Singapore Primary Care Conference 2023 is the first-ever standalone conference for primary care providers in Singapore, made possible through the close collaboration of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) and the three polyclinic clusters (National Healthcare Group Polyclinics,
National University Polyclinics and SingHealth Polyclinics).

The theme “Strength in Unity: New Frontiers in Primary Care” epitomises the strong partnership between these four organisations and brings to light the importance of robust primary care services in creating sustainable healthcare systems.

The conference will consist of clinical and scientific workshops, and insightful speaker sessions. Lessons learnt will aid the primary care community in creating new value and transforming health practices through innovation.

With overseas and local experts attending, this conference will serve as a platform to disseminate best-practice ideas across the region. As a sponsor, you will benefit from the traffic and exposure gained, for a pertinent topic that involves all our health systems’ futures. We look forward to having you on board.
